A 14-year-old has been arrested in connection with an assault on a homeless man seen in a video that has gone viral.

Last week, video began circulating showing what appeared to be a group of teens attacking a homeless man and another teen. 

On Monday, Bakersfield Police confirmed that a 14-year-old who attended Centennial High School has been arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. The teen is now facing felony charges. 

According to BPD, the homeless man has been identified as 64-year-old Harold Bartlett. Detectives conducted an investigation, spoke to Bartlett and were able to identify the teen in the video. 

Detectives are now working to identify two other suspects in the videos.
