BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — A request for a film permit fee waiver has been made for an Artifact Nonfiction television series called "Earth Focus" to film in Taft for an episode of the series on PBS.

"Earth Focus" is an environmental news magazine that covers investigative and in-depth stories about the changing environment and how it affects people around the world, according to the KCET website.
