A vehicle rollover is causing traffic to back up east of Union on Highway 178.
California Highway Patrol is reporting the driver has minor injuries and a tow truck is en route to clear the scene.
The driver has been taken to Kern Medical Center with moderate injuries.
Traffic is slow from Beale to downtown exits.
