The Cal City Desert Tortoise Days Parade will be happening Saturday, April 28th at 10 a.m. at the ACE Hardware located at 7594 California City Blvd., and end at 82nd Street. 

Due to the parade route there will be traffic detours in pace beginning at 8:30 a.m. 

The parade route will take place on the eastbound lanes of California City Blvd. 

Those who want to watch the parade can do so from the south side of California City Blvd along the parade route. 

Those who are participating are encouraged to arrive early as there will be limited access in the staging area. 

Following the parade, the Desert Tortoise Days Event will be held at Central Park located at 10400 Heather Ave.
