2016 is looking good for three families in Bakersfield as they welcome new additions to their family this New Year.
Both babies were born at San Joaquin Community Hospital.
Wyatt Chester Johnson was born New Years day at San Joaquin Community hospital to Tehachapi couple Teal and Eric Johnson. He was born at 7 pounds and 19 1/2 inches long. He's the third baby born in Kern County.
Another family welcomed their newborn baby on New Year's Day at Mercy Hospital Southwest.
