It was just a couple blocks down from Stine Elementary School when a car ran into a house and caused complete chaos around 11 P.M. last night.

Jonathan Castillo had just come home from work when he went to check in on his brother who was assembling a new bed frame for his room.

That's when he heard a loud screech and a sound which he says sounded like a bomb going off.

"Since I moved into this house, I always had that fear that somehow, someway a car was going to hit my house,” Castillo said.

Castillo and his brother both suffered from minor injuries. Police say the driver of the car is 21-year-old Frank Bailey.

Bailey was caught a short time later and was arrested for hit and run charges and driving under the influence.

While police were investigating this incident a shooting was reported just a few blocks away. Police have no one in custody for that incident.

At this time, police do not know if the crash and shooting are related.
