Two Bakersfield men are in custody this morning on gang and weapon charges.
Jesse Alvarado and Robert Cibrian were arrested during a traffic stop Wednesday evening near 33rd Street in Central Bakersfield.
When BPD, searched their car they found a loaded gun that was stolen. Both men also face conspiracy and stolen property charges.
