Brianna Elias saw one of her Snapchat friends posted a video of a man throwing a cat onto a roof. 

"I was really shocked because I am a huge animal person and I have so many animals at my house and I was like this is so wrong," Elias said. 

She told him she was going to share it on her own social media and he said he was going to enjoy the attention.

Someone who saw the video reported it the Kern County Animal Services, they said "we will internally share this information to see if anything comes to light."
