Video from the Fresno County Sheriff’s Office shows a man stealing beer from a store in Selma and then being chased by store employees.
19-year-old Cody Mathers is the suspect in the crime, which happened on May 31.
The video shows Mathers walking into Lee’s Market, grabbing two 12-packs of beer, and then taking off.
Employees attempted to stop him by throwing him to the ground, but he dove through the open window of his getaway car.
During the struggle, one of the clerks suffered a cut to his hand.
