Tree nearly slams car in East Bakersfield

Wind gusts picked up Friday afternoon, causing blowing dusts across Kern County.

Wind speeds were intense enough to cause a tree to fall on one East Bakersfield neighborhood. 

Luckily, no one was hurt.
