Finding the perfect handgun, for a woman. It's all part of a ladies only course designed to help women that are looking for a way to defend themselves.

During the three and a half hour course at Second Amendment Sports, the women are taught how to load and properly fire a gun. Testing out a number of firearms to find the one that best fits their hands, lifestyle and caliber size.

The class instructor, Robert DeLassio says in recent months they’ve seen more interest from women looking to learn how to use a gun. 

The 15 women at tonight's class say it's all about self-defense and having something to protect themselves and their family- should they ever need it.
