Today, the Wounded Heroes Fund of Kern County is holding a barbecue steak lunch at the Kern County Fairgrounds. 

The lunch is between 11:00 am and 3:00 pm. 

Plus, there will be children activities at the fairgrounds as well.

Admission is free to veterans, active duty, reservists and their families. 

For people who are not military, admission is $10 for adults, $5 for ages 6-12 and free for children under 6.
