The video of a Baltimore man banging on a moving Maryland school bus has gone viral and his attorney is speaking out.

According to his attorney, Laverne Doran was left with no choice but to cling on the moving bus with the intentions of stopping the bus, without getting hit. Also concluding that the blame should be put on the driver of the school bus.

The 68-year-old was taken into custody on Thursday and has been charged with disorderly conduct, obstructing a school bus driver along with other charges.

Doran has recently been released and a trial date has not been set.
