WASHINGTON, D.C. — On March 10, Congressman Kevin McCarthy introduced a commonsense bill that requires members of Congress to disclose unpaid tax liabilities and wage garnishments. Simply put, this is an example of governing that ensures transparency in the U.S. House of Representatives. Wednesday, it was reported House Democrats blocked it.
