Donald Trump has released his second major policy paper, this time on guns.
The once-advocate of certain gun control measures now says that he is strongly in favor of the Second Amendment. He says gun rights should not be infringed upon.
Trump says he wants state-issued conceal carry permits to be valid nationwide. And he says he opposes all restrictions on magazine capacities and gun types.
Trump previously supported a ban on assault weapons and called for longer waiting periods for gun purchases.
The paper was released on Friday shortly after Trump canceled a planned campaign appearance in South Carolina.
