For the second time in less than 12 hours an abandoned home on Pershing Street caught fire.
Bakersfield Fire officials say the home, located between 9th and 10th streets caught fire around 5 a.m. Tuesday.
It's the same home that caught fire early Monday evening.
Fire officials say they were told by neighbors that people were seen in the home before it caught fire Tuesday morning.
Arson investigators are working to figure out what caused the blaze.
