The recipes in your cookbook could be making your sick.

According to a new study, only 8 percent of recipes mention cooking dishes to specific temperatures to reduce food-safety risks. But, researchers say not all of the temperatures listed were correct.

If you are you using recipes from a cookbook, you are advised to look up safe cooking temperatures on the Food Safety and Inspection Service website.
