Bus driver charged in California wreck that left four people dead

A California bus driver is facing felony charges in connection to a bus crash that happened on August 2, 2016 that left four people dead. 

Mario David Vasquez, 58, is facing four four felony counts of vehicular manslaughter and five misdemeanor vehicle code violations. 

The wreck happened on a state highway to Washington state. The bus struck a sign head on which officials have said crushed several rows of seats, and left left several survivng passengers who had to have limbs amputated. 

It was determined that driver fatigue was a major factor in the crash.
