Charges were dropped against a suspect allegedly involved in a shooting and robbery at a Lamont gas station in October 2016.
Myron Givan, 34, was one of three suspects arrested in the shooting of a father and son.
The charges of murder, robbery, and possession of a firearm were dropped.
He was released due to insufficient evidence.
The trial for the other two suspects starts in June.
