The Kern County Coroner has identified the victim of a traffic fatality in Buttonwillow early Monday, October 15.
According to police, Antonio Rocha-Valdez, 18, was the operator of a vehicle that overturned and crashed on SR-58, east of Corn Camp Road just before 7 a.m.
A postmortem examination will be performed to confirm cause and manner of his death.
