County officials approve over $350,000 in grants to go towards homeless crisis

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — The County of Kern tweeted on Tuesday that the Board Of Supervisors approved six grants with majority of funds going towards shelters.

Officials said the board approved a grand total of $361,061 in response to the homeless crisis. They also posted a picture of the breakdown on where the money will go to.
