BAKERSFIELD, Calif. – The District Attorney’s Office has scheduled its annual march through downtown Bakersfield to bring awareness to National Crime Victims’ Rights Week.
This year’s theme is “Strength. Resilience. Justice.”
The march will begin at 5 p.m. at the Liberty Bell in front of the Kern County Superior Court on Truxtun Avenue.
There will be various displays and speakers at the event.
The march will end at Mill Creek Park on 21st Street with a vigil to remember lost victims.
