The 5th annual Crime Victims’ Rights March will take place Tuesday April 4, 2017 at the Liberty Bell in front of the Kern County Superior Court.
Information displays will be available at 4 p.m. and the event will begin at 5 p.m.
The march will begin at the Liberty Bell and finish at Mill Creek Park, where a vigil will follow.
Every year in April there is a National Crime Victims’ Rights Week. This year it will take place April 2 to April 8.
