The 2015 through 2016 Kern County Teachers of the Year, will be announced Tuesday at the Bakersfield Museum of Art.
Fifty-three Kern County teachers have been nominated for the annual award. All nominees will be recognized with plaques and certificates.
Two will be honored as Kern County Teachers of the Year. The video shown is from last year's award reception. Tuesday's ceremony will begin at 4:30 p.m.
