The Kern River Parkway Bike Path was closed at Calloway Drive Thursday night.
The under crossing is closed for now. A detour is in place to divert pedestrians and bicyclists to cross at the Stockdale Highway intersection and then back to the bike path on the other side of Calloway.
The City is working to find ways to divert the water.
