More than 2800 PG&E customers are without power tonight in both the northwest and southwest parts of Bakersfield.
The outage is affecting an area from Stockdale and Allen all the way south to White lane and between Calloway and Heath road.
We are hearing reports of car accidents in the area, use extreme caution if you are traveling through an intersection with the lights out.
