A man connected to a homicide on Gaylene Avenue back in March will spend the next three years on probation
Spencer Rhines, 22, was sentenced Tuesday morning to one count of assault with a deadly weapon. He will not be allowed to associate with street gangs, use any drugs, or be in possession of weapons.
Rhines and two others were arrested in connection with the death.
