The World Ag Expo is set to kick off in Tulare on Tuesday; the annual event showcases the latest in agricultural technology and advances.
TULARE, Calif. - The 51st World Ag Expo will open its gates on Tuesday starting at 9 a.m. in Tulare.
The expo will run from Tuesday-Thursday, and tickets can be purchased at the gate for $15; children 6 and under get in for free.
Opening ceremonies will feature live music and a national anthem performance by Emily de Graaf and the Tulare Community Band starting at 9:15 a.m. in the World Ag Expo Arena.
Sonny Perdue, the U.S. Secretary of Agriculture is scheduled to attend the opening day of the expo. Those wishing to attend a closed Town Hall with Perdue can RSVP by messaging firstname.lastname@example.org.
