BAKERSFIELD, Calif. — Yourmajesty Curtisjames Bingham III, 31, has taken a plea deal following a second degree burglary charge.
Bingham III plead no contest to the felony charged and was sentenced to three years for a restaurant burglary in August.
According to Bakersfield Police, a man entered the Don Pepito's Restaurant on California Avenue, grabbed money from behind the counter, and ran out of the restaurant.
