Dry and near normal temperatures by Tuesday

Tropical Moisture from Hurricane Geneveive moved Northward into the region on Sunday. This will persist until Monday, but on Tuesday dry conditions will take over. We will see dry conditions and near normal temperatures through Friday of next week. Temperatures have dropped slightly due to all of this smoke. By next week Bakersfield will be back into the 90's.

Smoke from the California wildfires continues to bring unhealthy air quality for most of Central California. This will remain unhealthy until the fires are extinguished. However, we will continue to monitor this. As for Monday, we will see an AQI of 185.
