On Friday September 16th, 2016, at about 4:45 pm, a female Bakersfield College employee left work and walked out to her vehicle, which was parked on Panorama Drive. The female stated a male was parked in a truck behind her vehicle.

The suspect is described as a white male in his 40s with shoulder length dirty blond hair. He has been seen driving a 1970s-1980s Chevy or Ford truck, light color single cab.

The female made a U-turn and drove to Haley Street then turned south on Haley Street and drove to the Foods Co gas station. The male followed the female to the gas station. The female then drove into the Foods Co parking lot and entered the store.

The female stated the male entered the store and began following her on each aisle she went to. The female stated she walked through every aisle twice and he continued to follow her close behind. The male entered a checkout right after she did, and he left the store prior to her leaving.

The female waited inside the store for several minutes allowing time for the male to leave the parking lot. As the female exited the store, the male pulled out of a parking stall and began to drive towards her. The female pulled out her cell phone and the male subject then left the area.
