A man accused of trying to kidnap two children while under the influence of "Spice" was sentenced today by a Kern County judge. 

Clarence Dupree, 32, was sentenced to 1 year in jail and 4 years probation.

Dupree pleaded no contest last month to willful cruelty to a child, two counts of vandalism and petty theft. Seven other charges were dropped.
