Nicholas Newbold was found guilty of multiple charges on November 1, 2016 for his involvement in the death of two-month-old Jude Mae Newbold.

In 2012, Jude Newbold died in the emergency room at Antelope Valley Hospital. Her parents, Nichoas Newbold and Juliana Linn, were arrested for their involvement.

Linn took a plea deal in 2014 and was sentenced to six years in prison.

Newbold was also charged with second-degree murder but the jury was hung on that charge. There will be a new trial in December regarding second-degree murder.

Newbold will be sentenced for the other charges on December 1.
