Bakersfield's Kevin Harvick is no stranger to crashes on Nascar tracks -- but the racer became a good samaritan after a crash off the track on Tuesday.
Harvick took to Twitter to talk about the wreck, and he wondered why more people didn't stop immediately following the crash:
