Rosa’s Traditional Peruvian Food in Southwest Bakersfield has been reopened after health inspectors closed the establishment earlier this week.
The Kern County Health Department closed the restaurant after a routine inspection of the establishment.
In the report, inspectors noted overall "poor food handling practices and overall food establishment and sanitation" issues. Health officials also said food and refrigeration units were not at the proper temperatures.
