Bakersfield, Fresno and Modesto residents have the opportunity to discuss how California will meet its 2030 greenhouse gas reduction targets with Environmental Justice Leaders, California Air Resources Board representatives and other state representatives.

The meeting will take place at the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District Offices in the three cities from 5:30 p.m. to 8 p.m. on July 28.
