BAKERSFIELD, Calif. - The Bakersfield Punjabi Sikh community is hosting a protest against what mandates toward truck drivers.
The local community is joining countless truck drivers and other organizations across the nation to protest ELD, the electronic logging device.
The movement has been named Operation Black and Blue, in which truck drivers demand their voices be heard in addressing new mandates.
