The 8th Annual Bakersfield Celtic Music Festival is happening Saturday at the Kern County Fairgrounds.

The event will feature six Celtic Rock Bands in a fun and energetic setting. Bands include Angry Brians (formerly 1916), Whiskey Galore, The Ploughboys, Whiskey & Stitches, Blackeyed Dempseys, and Banshee in the Kitchen.

There will be a pub serving beer and wine. 

The event is aimed at showcasing the Celtic culture and enjoying Celtic music. 

Admission includes two full-size beers of your choice, lawn games and more. 

Scotch tasting, food, and vendors will also be available.

This is a 21 and older only event.

Tickets can be purchased at the gate and are $55 per person.
