Viral videos showing violent acts have begun circulating social media and now local authorities are investigating. 

The videos, posted on Facebook and Twitter, and shared with 23ABC, show a group of what appears to be teens, attacking a homeless man and another teen. 

Comments on the videos suggest the teens are students at Centennial High School and the acts took place in Bakersfield. 

23ABC contacted the Kern High School about the videos and they responded saying, "Centennial High School Administration and the Bakersfield Police Department were made aware of the videos last night. The Bakersfield Police Department is investigating the incident."

The Bakersfield Police Department has not confirmed that they are investigating the matter.
