New court documents released Wednesday gave more details about the death of Rosa Garibay in July.

Garibay went missing in July. After an investigation, Garibay’s husband Gonzalo Garibay admitted to killing his wife.

The documents state new details about the case. Rosa was reported missing by her employer after going home for lunch and not returning to work.

Rosa had also told fellow employees that she had engaged in an altercation with Gonzalo at a motel before work.
