A traffic collision on southbound State Route 99 near County Line Road Monday caused a vehicle to catch on fire with a person inside.
Around 3:30 p.m. A Ford pickup hit an electrical box, rolled over on its side and caught fire. The fire has been put out. The driver was trapped inside the vehicle and died on scene.
Slow traffic has been reported both northbound and southbound.
A second accident was reported around 4:15 p.m. just south of the rollover accident on northbound State Route 99 near Cecil Road. A semi was leaking fuel and oil on the roadway.
