Francisco Martinez, 23, was arrested Wednesday morning for his possible involvement in a Foothill High School sex scandal case.
Deputies were called to the school Tuesday for reports of a 16-year-old female student involved in a sexual relationship with an employee.
Martinez was booked on charges of unlawful sexual intercourse.
Martinez was a walk-on Drumline Coach that began working there in 2015, according to the school district. He is no longer employed by KHSD.
He is being held on $100,000 bail.
