A GoFundMe account has been established for a 6th grade boy who was hit on his bike while riding to school Monday morning.

To donate click here.

On the account, it says:

Our fellow student at Discovery, 6th grader Jeremiah Parada, was in an automobile, bike traffic incident while on his way to Discovery Elementary Monday morning, April 11th. He sustained serious injuries including a broken femur, a bruised and collapsed lung, broken pelvis and a lacerated liver. He is now in the care of  Valley Children's Hospital in Madera, California. His family is in great need of financial support during this time, as he lost his father in December.  Please give as you can to help with the families needs for gas to Valley Children's Hospital, groceries, and medical expenses.  This will mean so much to our community and more importantly, the Parada famiy.  We are so grateful for anything you can give!
