Habaneros reopens after health code violations

An official with the Kern County Public Health Department  told 23ABC on Friday that Habaneros Mexican Grill on California Ave. was reopened following health code violations closed the restaurant.

Originally, the restaurant was closed on Tuesday after it had 10 health violations which included rat droppings and live roaches.
