The Kern County Sheriff's Office seized two firearms and $11,000 worth of methamphetamine from a residence on Thursday.

At around 9 p.m., KCSO said deputies attempted to serve an arrest warrant in the 12400 block of Edison Highway when evidence of drug sales was found inside, KCSO said.

After a search warrant was obtained, deputies said they found two firearms and 11 ounces of methamphetamine with an estimated street value of $11,000.
