UPDATE (Feb. 22, 2017, 10:29 a.m.): According to the Kern County Sheriff's Office, two people were arrested after a shooting in Southeast Bakersfield.
One person was shot on Reese Avenue, just west of Cottonwood Road earlier today. KCSO is reporting this person sustained minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital.
Investigators are now looking for evidence related to the shooting.
