The Kern County Veterans Service Department announced on November 17 that it is partnering with Creating Conscious Communities (3C) Coalition to host a Veterans Entrepreneurial Workshop.

 

The event was held on Thursday, November 17, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. at the Larry E. Reider Education Center in downtown Bakersfield.

 

"A great deal of interest was expressed in our community by veterans looking at the possibility of starting a small business, so this workshop will provide them with some basic information to make an educated decision", stated Ali Morris of the 3C Coalition.

 

The Veterans Entrepreneurial Workshop was presented for military veterans and their spouses who wish to explore the possibility of starting their own business and to consider their options for their dream of being their own boss.
