Kern Delta will be terminating water flow in the Kern Island Canal starting from December 10 through the end of the year.

Therefore, water flows in the canal through Mill Creek Park will be off, and the canal will be dry.

This annual occurrence allows the City and Kern Delta to perform maintenance.
