Terry Eugene Bell was found guilty of one count of committing a lewd and lascivious act with a child under 14 years of age by force, a Kern County jury found.

Ball unlawfully entered a home and committed a lewd act upon a 12 year old girl. The girl was able to escape and leave the residence.

Ball was previously convicted in 2003 for committing an act of oral copulation against the victim’s will by force and for an act of sexual penetration also by force upon a stranger after unlawfully entering her home.

He is facing life in prison without parole. His sentencing is scheduled for December 13.
