In the report, police said Yee left her children alone in the car twice that day: once to see patients and again to attend a doctor’s appointment of her own.

Police said Yee’s husband, Thomas Pham, admitted after being questioned that this wasn’t the first time Yee has left the children unattended in the a car.

Also in the report are more details about the living conditions of the home, the report describes the inside of the home as filled with mounds of clothes, piles of trash and other items piled upon each other.

The kids were sent to Child Protective Services and were then returned to their parents a few days later. Yee is scheduled to face a judge for her child endangerment charges in April.
